Black Dog Honey is a product of the ranch. Beulha's (Black Dog) second harvest is projected this Spring of 2011. Her harvest will be of Gullberry, and second harvest of the season will be Saw Palmetto.

Gull berry honey is a light amber color with a pleassant aromatic flavor. It does not crystallize and is all natural from the area. Saw Palmetto is also a light honey. Often considered the best in Florida - it is rich yellow in color.
